The EZCellGene GL45 wide-mouth media Bottle Assembly is a single-use, preconfigured solution designed to simplify media & reagent delivery in bioprocess & cell culture workflow. Each assembly features VersaCap technology with two integrated 1/16" ID hose barbs for vent filtration & fluid transfer. Assemblies are available with Plug, male/female Luer lock, or MicroCNX Connector by CPC for process connections. All components are made from USP Class VI–compliant materials & gamma irradiated for immediate use.

Our line of Square Media/Packaging PET bottles are specifically developed with contents in mind. They are ergonomic, clear, leakproof, sterile, particulate matter free, and ideal packaging containers. The bottles are compatible with all, automated/semi-automated, high-through-put, filling, capping, and packaging equipment. The foot print maximizes the surface area/volume ratio to improve the efficiency of all filling operations. The bottles have volumetric molded-in graduation marks for reference filling. They are supplied as endotoxin free, nuclease free, and gamma sterilized SAL 10-6 with natural color caps. The bottles are also available with custom cap configurations along with tamper evident and standard closure. They are pacakged in a multi-layer elastomer barrier for clean room operations. Bottles are manufactured using FDA approved resin.
Foxx Life Sciences 500mL PETG Media Bottle Sterile, 48CS
PETG Bottles are supplied as endotoxin free, nuclease free, USP 665, USP 788, and Gamma Sterilized 10-6. The Sterile Media Bottles with 38-430 neck are double bagged and manufactured in a cleanroom for bioprocessing applications. 500mL PETG bottles are leakproof, clear, designed for packaging equipment, freezer safe, and made of USP Class VI Resins. These laboratory PETG Bottles are designed for buffers, storing reagents, PH sensitive materials, and biopharmaceutical solutions. Our new low cost EZBio Titanium Square Bottles are sourced from our Foxx Life Sciences India Plant.

EZBio Media Bottle Assembly with Molded Silicone Cap Adapter is a ready-to-use, single-use closed system designed for aseptic fluid transfer, eliminating in-house assembly and validation to save time and reduce risk. It removes the need to source or qualify individual components.
Available in PETG or polycarbonate (PC) square bottles (60 mL to 2 L), each assembly includes a preassembled VersaCap with molded silicone adapter, 1/8” tubing, male and female connectors, dip tube, 0.22 µm vent filter, and pinch clamp.
The one-piece design minimizes leaks, contamination, and product loss. Sterile, gamma-irradiated, and individually packaged, these bioprocess containers (BPC) offer a cost-effective alternative to stainless-steel systems requiring cleaning and validation.
